What a crazy weekend! I went to Manila City last Sunday to show my support to Trixia because she had an exhibit for her final school requirement. The exhibit was called "Lucrecia Lunatica: A Manifestation of beauty and Madness". In their Facebook page, this is an art fair, where you can explore the imaginative minds of A-406 B Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) Multimedia Arts exhibitors, and experience the crazy evocative aesthetic of the awaited gallery" .
I know I am not good at drawing, painting, nor editing pictures, that's why I will always admire those people who can give life to their imaginations. People who can tell hidden stories in every brush strokes. below are the best artwork I've see in the exhibit:
Sadly, I wasn't able to ask the painters on sharing the stories behind their artwork, but one thing I observed in any artworks or paintings, it's all about the time that the painters gave, just to finish a story.
Dalawang bagay ang gusto kong sabihin tungkol sa observtion ko. First, artists gave their time. The time to do their drafts, and sometimes, artist go crazy, so that they can unleash their creativity. Sometimes, artists produce exquisite paintings, because of their experiences.
Those are their experiences that would make you wonder.I remember I asked Trixia, what's the story behind her painting, she said that she painted it, back to the time when her relationship was falling apart. I think heartbreaks are sometimes considered as great stories because it lets you do great things.

Well, muntik na kaming maligaw ng bestfriend ko dahil sa driver na sabi eh mas malapit yung binabaan namin, pero nilakad namin ng 15 minutes para makarating sa venue. Sometimes, its not always advisable not to ask, instead do your own research kung ayaw mong mag-adventure. My favourite part of my weekend was not only hugging my best college buddy, but ending my Sunday by drinking a milk tea with a large size of pizza.
